Hic, chủ đề về TOEIC có lẽ là rộng lắm. Nhưng mình tạm thời tạo Topic này dành cho các bạn cần đến nó.
Hiện nay, hầu hết các trường ĐH đều yêu cầu đầu ra phải có điểm thi TOEIC 500 trở lên. Nó là thước đo trình độ tiếng Anh tối thiểu cho 1 sinh viên tốt nghiệp ra trường. Nó quyết định sinh viên đó có việc làm tốt hay không tốt.
TOEIC test chủ yếu là 2 kỹ năng: Listening và Reading.

Thực ra, nếu các bạn chịu khó, kiên trì thì cứ ở nhà cũng học và thi được TOEIC với điểm số trung bình. Tuy nhiên, nó cũng không hề dễ chút nào đâu nhé.

Hôm nay mình hơi mệt, nhưng muốn chia sẻ với các bạn 1 softwave để luyện TOEIC. Hy vọng sẽ giúp các bạn nhiều. Mai mốt rảnh sẽ share nhiều cái khác (hay lắm, tuyệt chiêu không à).

Bộ từ điển của English Study 4.1 rất phong phú. Với 7 từ điển, bạn tha hồ tra cứu. Tùy từng chế độ cài đặt, bạn có thể tra các từ điển mà không cần CD trong ổ đọc: Từ điển Anh - Việt với khoảng 140.000 từ có phát âm với nhiều hình ảnh minh họa; Việt - Anh với hơn 90.000 mục từ; đồng nghĩa và phản nghĩa; phân loại từ (lexicon Dictionary); cách dùng từ (Word Usage Dictionary); tiếp đầu ngữ (Prefixes Dictionary); tiếp vĩ ngữ (Suffixes Dictionary).
Sau khi cài đặt, biểu tượng của phần mềm sẽ xuất hiện trên taskbar. Bạn có thể tắt biểu tượng này, nhưng khi đó bạn sẽ không thể tra được từ điển trong các ứng dụng khác.
Tiếc là có một thiếu sót nhỏ về mặt kỹ thuật trong quá trình cài đặt: Bạn phải tự chép file ISSYSTEM.DLL trong thư mục SYSTEM trên CD vào thư mục C:\Windows\System hoặc C:\Windows\System32 trong máy. Điều này được nhà sản xuất lưu ý trong tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng.

Although this book does not provide you with a large number of helpful strategies Or tips fOr understanding the TOEIC test (unless becoming mOre familiar with late-1970s tacky fashion styles is part of the TOEIC–check out the photos), it is the most impOrtant book to have fOr your TOEIC test preparation journey. This guide, prepared by ETS, is the only one that can give you practice with “real” TOEIC material. Test-preparation guides prepared by other companies try to approximate ETS’ style, but they can never match the exact difficulty level of an actual ETS test. In addition, fOr (amount), TOEIC Official Test-Preparation Guide includes an ample number of practice exercises: There are two mini-tests, two complete tests, and practice questions fOr each of the seven sections. The authOrs include explanations fOr all of the answers too, which is always helpful. WOrking through all of this material should give you a decent understanding of and preparation fOr the TOEIC test. The majOr drawback of TOEIC Official Test Preparation Guide, as stated above, is that it doesn’t really help you understand how the TOEIC is constructed (i.e. which grammar points are tested in Parts 5 and 6, what types of questions are most frequently asked in the listening section, etc.). However, since most of the material on the TOEIC is assessing your genuine level of English fluency, “tricks” such as this probably won’t help you in the long run. If you’re only going to purchase one book to prepare yourself fOr the TOEIC test, it should probably be this one.

This is one of the best TOEFL Or TOEIC books I have seen, and the best I have used definitely. There are 30 lessons, and most can be done in 1 hour, Or up to 2 if you have a lot of discussion Or slow students. It can even be used fOr advanced students as a brush up and conversation/listening book. The CD's are good and it contains exercises and explanations fOr listening, reading, identifying photos, etc.

This book was useful fOr me--the picture problems were a little easy, but
the TOEIC picture section is pretty easy too. I would have like to see mOre
discussion on the grammar section--and mOre difficult reading passages--
but all in all, this book served its purpose--to introduce the whole test. Finally, I liked the way that the book used the 30 day schedule, even though it of course takes mOre than 30 days to get your English up to high level TOEIC scOre.

If you are looking fOrward to preparing yourself efficiently to try TOEIC avoid this book. It lacks Organization, the structure ...actually there is no real structure, by advancing the units you might find some sense however I think people who are trying an english certificate are looking fOr an efficient and Organized book instead of an unrevised awful book.
